We adapt our training courses to the context and the needs of the company. This type of work requires intensive discussions with the company’s management and with the people targeted for training in order to formulate a programme as close as possible to the real needs of these two groups.

THE BASIS OF MANAGEMENT

Objectives : Get to know the role of the manager / Become an affirmative leader / Achieve respect for your position from your staff / Improve your understanding of the concepts of taking and giving responsibility, delegation and motivation / Be aware of your leadership style as it is and what it should be to best serve the circumstance and the professional maturity of your staff.

Objectives : Define emotional intelligence / Analyse its implications to managers and staff / Know the measures to take to favour this intelligence / Achieve a balance between emotions and intellect.

RECOGNISE ONE’S OWN POTENTIAL AND FORMULATE A CAREER PLAN

Objectives : Analyse your own working style / Work on those aspects of your personality that one specifically finds in people occupying management positions / Observe your own behavior / Create a realistic image of your own strengths and weaknesses based upon your employer’s view of what a manager is / Formulate a concrete development and career plan.
