As a result of a decision by the company or by the employee himself everyone can find himself looking for work. In such a situation we intervene to:  Ease the separation / Assess the person’s employability / Create a new professional project / Show the subject how to approach the job market effectively / Prepare him for contact with a potential employer / Aid integration into a new position.

Methodology : The exercise is completed in two stages – by the career review  and then by a personal accompaniment of the individual. The accompaniment takes place as follows: Regular meetings with the person scheduled to follow the period of transition in a rational manner / Work on a totally objective strategy regarding his future employment / Assistance in putting together the file necessary for a serious and professional approach to the job market / Provision of a distanced and objective ear to the individual regarding his positioning and search / Role play exercises to simulate the interview situation.
